Holy Triduum

(EWTN's online video feed is finally working for me. Now I can watch the Mass of the Lord's Supper from Rome while I work.)

This evening at 7:30 is the Mass of the Lord's Supper. Tomorrow morning, I'm driving down to Berlin, NJ, for a 9:00 AM Tenebrae service at Mater Ecclesiae. Tomorrow at 3:00 PM I will be at Queenship of Mary for the Memorial of the Lord's Passion and veneration of the Cross. Tomorrow evening I will be reading reflections for the Stations of the Cross. Saturday morning I will be at Queenship at 8:00 AM for Morning Prayer, and then at 8:00 PM begins the Easter Vigil.

Whatever you're doing for the Triduum, I hope you are blessed and find time for your private devotions and prayers; and have a blessed and happy Easter!

I missed it, but that's because I was at the Mass of the Lord's Supper!

Busy time for me too. Prep at 1:30pm tomorrow, then the liturgy at 3pm. I think I've got Compline in a Church somewhere too, but might be getting confused. Then on Saturday, Morning Prayer in the Parish, then into town for set-up for the Vigil, which is at 7pm. Then a Missa Cantata on Sunday at 11:30am!

And I was meant to be on holiday! ;-p (j/k: I'm loving it)

Enjoy!

Just came from Mass of the Lord's Supper at St. Greg's in Hamilton Square. I'll be there again for the Vigil but I haven't made up my mind where to be for Good Friday ... I'll prob'ly stay local, that is, St. Joe's in town.

God bless you and yours. We just got back from Stations of the Cross at St. Ann's. Always wonderful to pray the stations.
I hope to get back to blogging after Lent.

It is also on Directv.
I enjoy it from home.
I am going to turn it on Easter Morning when I get ready for church to preach my ressurection sermon.
